Named after the street where it all began.
Where It All Started
Milton PM takes its name from Milton Rd in University Heights, Ohio - the very street where the company got its start. What began as managing a single property on a quiet residential block has grown into a trusted local operation spanning nine communities across Greater Cleveland.
The name is a reminder of where we come from. We're not a faceless corporation or an out-of-state holding company. We're rooted in the neighborhoods we serve - and that's exactly how we intend to keep it.
Today, Milton PM manages over 80 properties across Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Euclid, Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, University Heights, and Wickliffe - apartments, multi-family buildings, and single-family homes - all with the same hands-on, local-first approach that started on Milton Rd.

Who Started It
Milton PM was founded by Aaron Steinfeld, who manages the day-to-day operations - overseeing everything from property acquisitions and tenant relations to maintenance coordination and community partnerships across the Greater Cleveland area.
With deep roots in the neighborhoods Milton PM serves, Aaron takes a personal, hands-on approach to property management - the kind that comes from knowing your tenants by name and driving past your properties on the way home.
